PAKISTAN GERMAN BUSINESS FORUM SIGNS A MOU WITH MINISTRY OF
POPULATION WELFARE

Pakistan German Business Forum has signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) with Ministry of Population Welfare, as
Public - Private Partnership in reproductive health care &
Family Planning.
In terms of the MoU, both PGBF and Ministry of Population are
supposed to mutually share the concern of the Government of
Pakistan that a rapid population growth retards socio-economic
progress as well as makes it difficult to those with meager
means to afford healthcare for large size families. Thus both
partners realize the need for collective efforts to provide the
people with quality reproductive healthcare, awareness about
mother / child health issue and motivate them for responsible
parenthood.
