Administration & Finance Committee   Chairman: Ajaz Saya         Vice Chairman:  Shazad Dada  The Committee deals with the administrative and financial matters of PGBF. It monitors and records all accounts and presents them to the Executive Committee for approval. The approved auditors M/s Mansha Mohsin Dossani Khan & Co duly audit the annual financial statements.       Development & Coordination Committee   Chairman: Mian Abrar Ahmad         Vice Chairman:  Sohail Yasin Suleman The Committee is responsible to project and promote PGBF through various channels of communications incl. publication of newsletter, brochures, leaflets and members directory, rapport with the press and media. It also organizes various seminars, workshops and discussions where key government officials and leading business officials are invited as guest speakers.       Membership Development & Services Committee   Chairman: Wasim Mirza           Vice Chairman:   This Committee is responsible for inducting new members, retaining existing members, recovery of dues and looking after the interests of members and providing services to them       Bilateral Trade & Fairs Committee   Chairman: Ghulam Ali Mohammad Vice Chairman: The Committee is chiefly responsible to organize, support and facilitate trade and investment delegations to Germany and Pakistan. It arranges catalog and product exhibitions/fairs between the two countries. It also makes recommendation to the government regarding taxation and VAT refund matters.       Third Party Relations Committee   Chairman: Dr. Islam Hamid Vice Chairman: It is mainly responsible for solving various problems and bottlenecks in the way of formation of Pakistan German Chamber of Commerce.       Research & Data Base Committee   Chairman: Inayatullah Sheikh        Vice Chairman:   This Committee is responsible to collect economic , trade , financial data and information relating to Pakistan and Germany and compile it for presentation to relevant bodies.
